Our terms Before you order goods and party supplies from ArtyParty, you should read the followingterms and conditions. ArtyParty Terms and Conditions All our prices are exclusive of GST and delivery. We have a minimum order requirement of $50.00 (excluding GST). Quotations issued by ArtyParty are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period. 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order. The remaining balance is required prior to delivery. For items required within 14 days, full payment is required upon confirmation of order. If payment is made by cheque or EFT, production of goods and/or despatch of goods will not commence, until funds have cleared. If you cancel your order after production has commenced, 50% of the total order will be retained by ArtyParty, to offset the costs and losses arising, as a result of the cancellation. Payment can be made by cheque, EFT or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). A 2% surcharge will apply to credit card payments. Once an order is placed for invitations, layout of text will be supplied for client approval. Production cannot proceed until the client has returned signed approval, for the spelling and formatting of all text, names and addresses. ArtyParty does not take responsibility for spelling or formatting errors. Alterations can not be made once the client has approved the artwork. As most of the products supplied by ArtyParty are hand made, slight variations may occur between each individual item. ArtyParty reserves the right to replace any component with a similar alternative item. All goods leave ArtyParty in perfect condition. If they arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them. Only reported items that have been notified to us will be replaced. We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels that are shipped using Australia Post or any other courier service. ArtyParty accepts no responsibility for goods damaged, as a result of neglect or poor storage, including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spillages and undue care during transportation. ArtyParty accepts no responsibility for health or injuries sustained from it’s products and/or food issues owing to an individuals food related allergies. It is the client’s responsibility to advise ArtyParty of any person’s such allergies. Receipt of deposit, or signature, signifies your acceptance of the above terms and conditions. All products and party concepts/ideas seen within this web site or supplied by ArtyParty, are copyright and constitute as intellectual property, belonging to ArtyParty. Such products, party concepts/ideas may not be reproduced in any way and are protected by law. |
